Battute a parte, da dove te l'hanno presa secondo te? Su quale piattaforma? Flickr?

In ogni caso se hai specificato "diritti riservati" o "copyright" nel luogo dove te l'hanno rabbata, puoi procedere nelle intimidazioni.
Se non avevi specificato nulla la vedo dura...

C'è su Fb, ma è con logo, quindi gia togliendo quello hanno compiuto illecito. C'è anche sui siti web, e li è specificato che è vietata la diffusione del file.

Il problema è che non c'è un cazzo di contatto della casa produttrice o cantante!

I'm the composer/producer of the song titled "khaab" by "Sogand" as you already saw on the picture so this has nothing to do with me..
the singer sent the picture to me saying that this is a picture of her own and she wants to use it as the song cover
So you should contact the singer to get your rights.
And If you are a professional photographer you should already know that you have to prove that the picture has been registered under your name and you have the rights to say it's yours...u cant just sent emails and say : I'm the author of this picture..here's the bill

Im really sorry about this happening.I used to tried to find the author of this picture,but i was unsuccessful.I found your Picture some Pages in facebook.You are absolutly right.How can we fix this problem? I have to add that my producer has nothing to do in this case.Im the person,who gave him this Picture.I just want to apologize me again about this.But im sure that we can find a solution together.
